    Ok I remember this being a problem. I had to go over and over it a few times until it finally worked. I did get past it but if I remember correctly there was an unanswered question on the page.

    Double checked no unanswered questions. After about the 50th time it submitted without doing anything different and now I'm having the exact same problem on the very next page.

    Ok finally got past it. Apparently it would only recognize that I had selected the study if I clicked the review and then clicked the green arrow that showed up to show the review was selected.
