Oh um, is there a reason I can't accept some surveys because it says that there are no more HITS in the group even though it's only been like 1 min or so. It also shows up on my mturk suite

Hits will still show up on searches for a few minutes after all of hits have been accepted.

Trying to accept 1 minute after a hit is posted is actually a long time for some hits. Good hits will be scooped up in a couple seconds.
