I can only speak for myself but I don't believe that is possible just due to the way pandas can pull from groups but a group is different from a requester. I personally would set up a hit monitor for a particular requester and when something comes up I can set up a panda while the hit is up.

Btw, Stranger Things really is awesome. If you're looking for youtube noise, try Epic Rap Battles of History, for something that'll amuse you far more than you'll admit; it's juvenile but hilarious. Key of Awesome is also hilarious. Ted-ED is great for something more involved; animated vids of usually interesting things. GoogleTalks has many amusing things, like author interviews, and Google Developers is good for learning. Food Wishes is fun if you're looking for culinary stuff, briansmobile1 is a fun car channel, and Periodic Videos is delicious from a scorched earth perspective.

Since you were bored with Stranger Things, you're unlikely to have the patience or appreciation of it, but Black Mirror season 3 is on Netflix, and it's one of the most bestest scifi things out there. Dark, dystopian, harsh criticism of technology, in a British way. Sort of "Twilight Zone with scary technology". Many of the episodes are great fun, and I highly recommend it, but I undestand not everyone's tastes run like mine, especially when there's a diseased corpse chasing after.
