I might have done it for $12 it was less than $3 and that was just the bot check before the survey. I mean I get they want to check for bots but there are ways to do that with out giving workers a headache and unnecessarily adding to the work required for the hit with no additional pay.

Me too. My mouse didn't click hard enough but I advanced the page and they kicked me out. Typically a survey will not let you proceed (or ask you if you want to proceed) if you don't answer the question. I slogged through so much of that survey before being kicked out. Ugh! Worst ever!

Followup to my question about making $1k a month: about how much time do you spend per week/per day turking? I'm typically unable to do turk on a weekday and weekends, so that usually leaves me with at least 3-4 days to turk. It would be really nice to get to $1k a month or close to it just turking.

Right now Turkerview displays my hourly as being ~$12 and my adjusted hourly as being ~$10, I typically work a couple of hours a day max.

 

I love the light tappas. tap tap tap, hey? you notice me yet? tap tap hey?
Sometimes she gets upset that I'm ignoring her and I get the sharp taps with extra meows
