I used to make a simple French cream sauce, add turkey scraps and vegetables--pretty much all cooked-- add a cream cheese crust. Bake until the crust is browned and the filling is bubbling out down the sides of the pan. You will attract the attention of ALL. I can guarantee. I would make 2-3 dozen small individual pies at Thanksgiving and freeze them.
This is excellent on baked potato, too. And not nearly as overwhelmingly rich, either.
