So far I like the taste of the manual pour-over much better, but it does take extra time and attention.

Just remember espresso has less caffeine than coffee. You probably already knew that but just in case you didn't I figured I should let you know. Also, nespresso espresso kind of sucks so I don't recommend those machines lol

 

I went and got wood for inside screwing in case the rain lasts a few days.
