    You know what bugs me? When you're reading a recipe and it starts saying something like:

    melt butter in cast iron pan
    add onions and cook until translucent
    slowly add flour and cook on medium low heat until flour turns a golden brown

    Dude, just say "make a roux"

    Do we have a list of all the custom changes we've made througout the months? I'm look specifically for making the popup a panda instead of a preview, and disabling the TTS for things I'm not qualified for.

    well, it always messes me up because I get to step 2 or 3 and I'm like "ugh, why didnt they say that in the first place"
    they could put "make a roux" and have a link to roux.
