I try not to run down people's ideas for software, but personally, I am in complete agreement with you on this.

    I recommend:
Malwarebytes https://www.malwarebytes.com/ Manually weekly scans or buy the pro version, its not that expensive and a great tool
Secunia PSI https://secunia.com/support/download/ for making sure software is up to date.
    Antivirus of your choosing

The biggest thing is to make sure the software on your computer is up to date. That will keep your computer safe and running better in the long run.

I've never found pc cleaning software really that useful. It looks like it fixes shit, but it really didn't do much. I've run a bunch of different ones but I find that if I just am careful what I download and open and manually go through and delete old / unknown programs, I am usually okay.

Please check whether it's a website for a new car dealer in US? Please answer "Yes" if ALL the following apply: http://sanfranciscogaysingles.com/

Hmm. I can get new rides there and some of them might be dealers. I'm gonna say yes.

Make sure to kick the tires and take for a test drive first before buying.

I usually just offer the linux gods a sacrifice every 13 days and it's been smooth running. Now, if i waited 14 days between offerings shit would go down.

    Paypal works wonders.

On a serious note. Keep your software up to date. I like malwarebytes for an occasional scan. Antivirus I cant really recommend. I have seen most of them slaughter a computers performance. I also like to go through my computer yearly and delete any old files or software I havent used or wont use anymore. Uninstall stuff that runs at startup if you dont need it (or disable it).

honestly the fastest way to speed up a computer in like 5 mins is start>search or run msconfig> go to services tab>hide all microsoft services> disable all the rest> then go to startup tab> uncheck all > reboot > profit

edit: this method has made me lots of moneys

I use an SSD for Win7 boot so I don't have problems with that. I've keep my PC fairly vanilla because I mostly use it for turk.

I tried to get all my family to switch to Linux so I wouldn't have to clean the crud off their computers every other month but to no avail.
