Seriously though I would love more money. I just have to keep trying on here and my other sites. Oh and I know I have to keep filling out more job applications and trying for projects on UPwork because eventually I will have to be responsible again (maybe I may just say to heck with it).

There was a Bloom County comic strip where it was stated money can't buy love but it sure increases your bargaining position.

 

Honestly, I wouldn't rely on Upwork. That was my gig before I got started on MTurk. There's so much effort into that thing with little payout in my experience. If you can get some history, a good rating, it might be good to just respond to invites, but the rest of it is a bit too cutthroat and Upwork is set up to be more on the client's side. You can't even look at profiles unless they have a job. I've had offers just jump into my inbox not knowing if they were gonna be scams or legit.

 

I used to rent a room in a house of this middle aged bachelor (LOL) and I didn't realize one morning he was home and could hear every word we said while Matt and I spoke the words to this entire song to each other, repeatedly, as if we were doing spoken word. We were literally saying the lyrics to each other, deathly serious, in the shower, in the bedroom, in the kitchen...all morning.

Yeah, so, my ex landlord thought I was weird AF.
