I was letting the dog back in and she sneaked out the door while it was still pitch black dark outside. She then ran up a tree and jumped onto my roof so then I just came back inside as I'm not going on my roof. Finally got off of the room then started an extremely loud cat fight with my other (mostly outdoor) cat that made me go back outside to shut her up as it was still pitch black and I'm sure people are sleeping, and then I had to chase her all over the yard in the dark with only a little light from my outdoor lights. I caught her only because she SUCKS at getting away (excepting that whole jump on the roof thing, that was well done on her part). Now she's in the house acting like she's once again trapped in that small cage I rescued her from at the shelter and scratching at my windows to see if she can get through the glass.

 

okay I didn't know whether to heart or lol that.

Sorry your cat is being a little shit

My cat was picked off the streets and tries to escape when she can. She used to climb up a tree in the front yard, my current house she has nowhere to go or climb so she sort of spazzes out in a circle for a hot second, long enough for me to nab her.

Cats lol

 

She keeps jumping in my lap for brief cuddles and is being all purry and I don't know weather to heart or laugh or yell at her!

I want her to be an indoor cat only but she was over 2 years old when we adopted her so I'm not sure I can make that happen. Especially since my other cat comes in and out. And sometimes sits outside the window that Lucy's cat tree is in front of and they "fight" through the window (they're going to break my glass, watch...)
