TBH, he had been sharing some good music lately, so I figured I’d take a chance. I guess I wasn’t sticking to the whole 'once bitten, twice shy' mantra.

 

@turker @QualifyForBigPayday and anyone else who has the issue of tab title not updating properly on Prolific / Connect / MTurk, I got a solution for you motherfuckers.

Edge

1. Go to Settings -> System and Performance
2. Under the Optimize Performance section, check "Save resources with sleeping tabs"
3. Now in "Never Put These Sites to Sleep" click Add and add these entries (one at a time):

[*.]cloudresearch.com
[*.]mturk.com
[*.]prolific.com

4. Now uncheck back "Save resources with sleeping tabs". Also uncheck "Efficiency mode" if it's checked. Your shit should look something like this:

Chrome

1. Go to Settings -> Performance
2. In "Always keep these sites active" press Add and add these entries (one at a time):

mturk.com
prolific.com
cloudresearch.com

3. Uncheck "Memory Saver" if it's checked. Your shit should look something like this:

Notice how in Edge the website entries need to start with [*.] and in Chrome they don't.

That's it, that should fix the tab title update issue.
