The only reason I entertained this one is desperation, Hit Catcher isn't catching anything! However I did 10 before looking at approval ratings, because Turkerview reviews say no rejections, the only issue anyone has is the low pay. But the approval rate on mturk is 89%! Does anyone have any experience with this requester/hit? A little nervous because I did like 10 of them.

It looks like I did one from a different batch back in January. I must not have liked it as I only did one. It approved, can't really say much past that. :dunno:

do you guys know is there a standard way to cook all the meat? I always see meat on sale in the grocery store flyers. but like I have a recipe for pork chops or chicken or roast beef but I don't know what the meat in the flyers is or how to cook it. can I just always prepare and cook it the same way if sauteed, if baked, etc?

When you buy a package of meat, it will say on the label what it is. So if it's a pork chop cut, it will say on the label.

It would depend on the meat. I mean cooked is cooked but some stuff is better certain ways. When I was starting learning I would look up recipes online for stuff that was on sale and see if any of it looked interesting.Don't be afraid to experiment, that's how learning happens.

It's all the same, sure there are specific ways to cook a certain cut if you're making a certain dish but I just tend to pan fry most meats when i'm just cooking for myself.

Depends on the meat, the labels will usually tell you what it is and sometimes the best way to cook it. The cheapest (aka toughest meat) should be slow cooked or roasted. The most tender meat can be pan fried or other easily prepared methods. It all depends on what you get really. You should research cuts of meat and ways to cook them. I buy a lot of the cheaper meats but a good brine or a good slow cooker recipe can make even the toughest meat very delicious and easy to eat. Buying in bulk is good too to get the cheapest price per pound.

Add to what @ThisPoorGuy said, if you're not sure then ask the butcher where you're buying it and/or look up a recipe. Some cheaper cuts of meat can get quite tough and a basic marinade can make the world of difference.
