I did this on a slow day based on the requesters reddit posts on improvements.

5 cents instead of one, tells you upfront what the survey will pa so that you aren't stuck with 17 cents after 15 minutes. These are two improvements in the overall format

Cons:
Still low pay unless you can catch and complete a good survey. Unless you are new or needing to improve a low rating, you can still find better.
