    TYVM for the tax info. going to get this out of the way early this year. also heads up if you are single without kids I'm pretty sure you get to almost double your standard deduction starting with money you make in 2018. that's a very big deal for turkers. *wanders off into a tax maze*

    Yeah I noticed the way the +/- symbols are next to the columns are aligned on the wrong side of the columns. Thought I had tons of rejections the other day too.

    I did a bunch of scared money on christmas eve and for a minute I thought I had gotten it all rejected. :emoji_joy:

    Then I turned around with my headphones on to see my front door open, because Matt's dumbass friend doesn't know how to close a door apparently. I saw 2/3 of the cats outside and luckily they scattered back inside when I yelled at them.

    I'm downloading Cities Skylines on my xbox to just zone out with this afternoon. My boss called me a few minutes ago to help me best use my bereavement days in conjunction with my upcoming baby time off, which was also appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear about your brother by the way. I'm not sure I knew about that :(

    For the vast majority of us I don't think the various ways of attributing income to each year is going to make a difference. I think the 'safest' option is to simply go with what Amazon lists for 2017. From what I know, the IRS is pretty understanding in regards to good faith mistakes and using the number that Amazon provides would certainly constitute good faith.

    I have no idea what the tax laws say but my best logical guess is that you would pay 2017 taxes on hits completed in 2017. That's how a W2 works.

    You have a tiny chance of being audited and it's going to be a difference of less than $100 for almost anyone. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
