    I don't wash my hair or body. I just rub good bacteria all over myself and let it eat all the bad bacteria. Only use soap on my hands and face.

    Those weren't 'overly complicated' they were poor instructions. I did ss them though as I usually do and finished the HIT, which had some technical problems (% did not track slide-bar).
