it depends on both demographics and quals but they aren't transparent on each individual task/job/hit. Just remember that a lot of those low paying things are quals and that sometimes requestors release hits for different demos at different times. I don't worry about missing stuff because reqs often release in small batches and it will usually pop up for you in the future
