Any replacement for old "Full Queue" script (open/return all HITs with one click)?

The script I'm referring to is this one, which only worked on the old site: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/8327-full-queue

I always found this one particularly useful when I have a queue full of HITs that have slow load times, or a delay before being able to submit, etc. Basically one click opens them all in separate tabs instead of having to ctrl-click my way down the line.

Anybody know if there's a script with similar functionality that works on the new site design? Or how easily the one above could be adapted?
