I just started, and already I am dealing with an issue. I want to verify my bank with Amazon payments. The problem is that my credit union only lists the primary owner (my husband) on the statement. I am a joint owner of the account, but my name isn't on the statement. The credit union gave me a copy of the secondary names on the account, which shows me as an owner. I'm beginning to think I'm dealing with a bot, because I just keep getting the same email over and over, telling me to upload my bank statement. I've uploaded the statement, along with the secondary names document. Is there any way to talk with a real live human being here? I can always open up another account in my name, but I'd like to avoid it if possible, since it will be a pain dealing with a separate account. Thanks for any suggestions.
