[Please Help!] Error I get while creating Mturk project.

Hello, I have created an aws account and logged in with Mturk, but when creating a new project I am getting the following error. Can you help me?

This seems to be a new issue with Amazon. In attempt to prevent people from creating spam accounts for nefarious purposes, they have implemented some blocks on funding new accounts. Your best bet is to reach out to Amazon directly.
