MTS Hitcatcher will sometimes accept a hit but then it does not show up in my queue and I can't see it anywhere. Any advice on why this is or what to do about it? It's happened a bunch of times.
Is this for batches? HIT Catcher sometimes does this when you have run up against the CAPTCHA. You have to successfully complete the CAPTCHA, otherwise it will just keep dinging as if you caught the HIT.
That could be, I did end up doing a CAPTCHA right after this was happening and it hasn't happened again. Hopefully it'll be fine now, thank you for the reply!
