how to request qualification through command-line tool or mturk api?

    I read in turkerview Qualifications wiki that the requestors wont see that we have requested for qualification unless we do it through command line tool or mturk api so i want to know how to do that

    so how to request qualification through command-line tool or mturk api?

    p.s i am willing to pay if someone wants to teach me, i assume it will open many work for me

    I was just reading about that too. I believe it meant the requestor has to use the command line tool or mturk api, not the worker.
