I dont believe there is a publicly available extension that can quick fix this in MV3. I know its not what you wanted to hear, sorry.
Manually delete the cookies. chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=worker.mturk.com You will have to re-enter your API key, so keep that handy before you delete cookies.
