I did an upgrade to my API key yesterday and I paid $ 49.99 in the hope that I will get rid of some of the problems that have occurred in my MTS Suite, but I see that the same problems persist now. Is my API key connected and upgraded, or is something wrong? For example, when trying to hit certain hits in the HIT Catcher, they refuse to enter in the catcher. Or often HIT Finder or HIT Catcher disconnects on their own. This wont work.. you should DM me the transaction info so I can refund the purchase because the API key will not affect HIT Catcher issues (or vice-versa) at all MTS flings all its errors in the same context window IIRC, so yea it's an error but it shouldn't be what's preventing you from entering a HIT into Catcher. ..I think/hope anyway. Do me a favor and click on the MTS icon and go to the Options page and just disable TV entirely (should be a checkbox). Then do chrome://restart and see if the issue persists?
I use that browser: "Google Chrome is up to date Version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)". In MTS Option Turkerview, don't exist disable button.
@Mircea Martinescu I used to have trouble sometimes with pandas that would enter HIT catcher. It was "phantom" pandas that weren't showing but were still there (inactive), preventing their creation. You can try opening the browser console and writing : delete storage.watchers

Hey, I'm pretty sure I found the correct transaction. Should be refunded & you'll get an email from PayPal w/ confirmation. Not sure how long it takes them to transfer money back being Christmas eve but it is on the way. Sorry about the confusion. Did disabling TV resolve the issue?
