Not sure how to word this or if this is even the right spot but I used to have a script/addon/setting? that allowed a "green checkmark" next to the requester and it showed the previous hits completed for them EG 18/18 approved, etc. I reset my PC without thinking of the little stuff like this, tried using the "import" feature on hit tracker, but still have yet to return to that previous "customization". Does anyone know what I am talking about or where to point me? Google has let me down after numerous mturk script sites. Thank you!
Everytime that I uninstall and reinstall MTS I have to start from scratch with the checkmarks and just look them up myself here for a bit. Yeah, it sucks ass and part of why I'm dreading putting MTS on my new computer even though that was the sole purpose for buying it.
For MTS, you need to export your HIT Tracker database first in order to import it. Importing it without a database won't do anything for you. For the future, try to backup up your database at least every 30 days and keep the files in a safe place. If you have a Windows machine and a Microsoft account, OneDrive offers 5GB free and it will sync whatever folders you tell it to.
