https://turkerview.com/requesters/A217TAM1ORASZ9-kevin-harmon It's nothing to worry about. It looks like he uses a qual to stop people from retaking his surveys and now he removing it to make sure no one is qualed out of whatever survey he posts next.
I don't know then, unless maybe you accepted and returned a hit or got screened out and somehow got the qual that way? Or maybe from an older survey you just don't remember. Looks like he posted a survey yesterday and had previously posted one with the same title in November. Anyway, It's weird if you've never done a survey from him but I wouldn't worry too much about it. Despite the seeing the word qual revoke and immediately freaking out that you've done something wrong, if it's followed by bulk administration then you know it's know it's just the requester cleaning up stuff and it's not an important qual.
Interestingly, after I posted this comment, a hit appeared from Kevin Harmon, which I accessed without any problems! Is it possible to be a coincidence?
It's not uncommon for requester's to post a new hit after pulling exclusion quals. He might be using the qual again for people who take the new survey so if he posts the same survey multiple times people won't be able accidentally retake it. Then when he's done with this survey, he might pull the qual again and put up a different survey.
