Can't login to TurkerView?

What do we have to sacrifice at your alter? A seal? A walrus? Please name your price.

 

If anything like this pops up can just email me (hello @ tvdomain) & I'll fix it immediately.. have alerts set up for most things but this is a long standing session issue that crops up every once in a while and the script to clear it isn't 100% unreliable

 

I am now experiencing login issues -- when I log in it kicks me to the forums. When I try going to the top-level domain I'm logged out, and clicking Login kicks me to the forums. I can no longer read requester reviews.

I tried emailing the cryptic address you provided and it bounced back.

Edit: Working now, yay.

 

Can't load QBC, just keeps instantly popping the message that it can't retrieve settings & try restarting

Initially I couldn't access the turkerview.com site either but QBC still won't load... changed my DNS server, flush/restarted and doesn't seem to help..

I see that reinstalling QBC may work, guess I'll try that next.. if I can manage to find a way to download the QBC installer..

*edit* Tried changing my DNS server again and now QBC is loading

 

Login for TurkerView not working on my end again.

ETA: Fixed! Wow that was fast, lol.

 

I have this message at the top of my dashboard. I have been signed up for years so ignoring it for now. Thoughts?
TurkerView's API Is Changing
Sorry for the intrusion, but we're expanding our services & infrastructure and making huge improvements to the way we deliver information & data to Turkers in 2019!

TVJS 10 is out! You can read change details here - including improvements to approval (AA) time tracking! You can find more information about the full API changes on our announcement here.

Make sure to register & get your new access keys to our upgraded API by visiting your account dashboard. We'll stop displaying this as soon as you do, but the script wont function after February 1st without an API Key.

Seems like the login link is broken

 

Can’t login …it just keeps refreshing the quote thing that I don’t care about. It’s showing me as logged in here but idk I can’t get to the section with the qualification tests.

I cannot log in either. Have sent an email. It just loops back to the same page every time. I can log in to the forums but that is it.

 

Mine is working now. Did you use the email- hello@turkerview.com? I just received an email letting me know it was fixed.

 

@ChrisTurk Can't log into the other side of TurkerView. For whatever reason, I was able to sign back on this forum side, but can't view reviews as anything other than a guest and can't access my API if I needed it again.

 

Once you're logged in on the forum you should be able to click the login button now on the main site & it'll log you in automatically, not sure for how long, and tbh if folks would let me know how long they tend to stay logged in for or if you see when/why you get logged back out it'd actually be helpful in fixing it. I haven't figured out the trigger to it yet & my GENIUS fix this weekend uh.. did not fix it lol

 

Before, I would click the login on TV and it would log me back in with one click, no login screen or anything. Now it's just refreshing when I click that, and it's not logging me back in, nor is it giving me the option to provide login details, just refreshing the page as is. That happens whether I click login or even create account. It's strange, which is why I decided to post it.

I have to restart my computer anyway in a few minutes and I'll see if that fixes the issue, but figured I'd post the issue on the off chance I find myself locked out of both when I return.
