    Yup, no emails from Amazon. I had this problem about an hour or so ago and after a short 15-minute break, I came back to it working. However, immediately after completing and submitting the next hit in my queue, it happened again. And this time it doesn't seem to be correcting itself. :/

    I had that issue during the changeover from www to worker. It would happen especially when there were captcha problems; getting 200-1000 hits in a row without a captcha, followed by captchas every hit for days.

    FWIW, the solution on my end was to be miserable for about two weeks.
